What RD Finders Will Do For You

We provide onsite personal training and nutrition counseling.  The gym is brought to you, whether you have equipment in your home or need us to provide the equipment.  Home/office workouts can be tremendously effective in helping you reach your weight loss, building core strength, agility, endurance/stamina or whatever you desire!

Nutrition counseling is very effective when brought to your home.  Our nutritionist, Cydney C Walker, MSHS, ITIL, cpt can help you sort out foods in your cupboard that are hindering your progress.
